Dr. Paul Collins is a leading vascular surgeon, practicing in the Tampa Bay area at Bay Surgical Specialists based in St. Petersburg and Pasadena, FL. He specializes in surgical treatment of arterial diseases including aneurysms, arterial occlusions, and diseases often found in people with diabetes as well as general surgeries to treat cancers and gastrointestinal disorders.

Dr. Collins received his medical degree from the University of South Florida and served his internship and residency in general surgery at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dr. Collins is a diplomate of the American Board of Surgery, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the Pinellas County Medical Association, the Florida Medical Association, and the Society for Vascular Surgery.

Dr. Collins has been a practicing surgeon since the early 80s, gaining special experience in peripheral vascular disease, surgical critical care and laparoscopic surgery.
