Jamii St. Julien, MD, MPH

Dr. St. Julien was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology at Florida A&M University in 2002.  He received his Master’s of Public Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2006 and his medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in 2007. He completed his general surgery residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee in 2014. He spent two years at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, focusing on clinical research in patients with endocrine and pancreatic malignancies. Dr. St. Julien then completed a fellowship in Advanced GI Minimally Invasive Surgery at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in 2017, where he focused on advanced laparoscopic surgery techniques in pancreatic, foregut, bariatric, and robotic surgery. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Surgical Oncology, the Americas Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association, and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons.
